We are a state-of-the-art facility located in the medical building associated with the Scarborough and Rouge Hospital Centenary site. We welcome patients with a wide range of pain conditions, including low back, sciatica, neck, neuropathic, and postoperative pain through referral from family physicians and specialists.

Once it is received, alongside supporting documentation, such as test results and reports, you will be contacted with with further information. Please note: a referral is welcome, but not required, for the Lifestyle Medicine Course.
